As an added "Thank You" for taking the time to fill out our questionnaire, at the end of each month we will award a $25.00 service credit to a randomly selected customer who gave their feedback. You must provide your contact information to be entered in the drawing. Drawings will be held on the last working business day for the calendar month. One entry per location. Winners will be notified both by Telephone and Email. The $25.00 Service Credit will be applied to the following months billing statement.
